Shipping & Policies


All BBJ jewelry is handmade to order based on specifications you choose at checkout, and production time is 7-10 days. 

We ship USPS First Class Mail and you will receive an email with tracking info when your order is on it’s way, but if you have any questions or concerns regarding shipping we are always happy to answer them for you.

Please double check the address you leave at checkout to make sure it is correct. Once a package has been shipped and out of our possession, we are unable to change the destination address. If you realize the incorrect address has been entered and your package has not shipped yet, please email with the correct address and we will update it for you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Once a package is scanned into the postal system of the destination country, transit time is up to the rules and regulations of that postal system. We cannot predict how long the customs process will be in your country, but if this is a concern for you we suggest checking with your postal system before placing an international order.

Please note that we are not responsible for customs fees and are unable to predict what they might be. Customs fees are collected by and determined by your home country. If you need to know what your country might ask for in customs fees, we suggest calling your post office to find out prior to ordering.

If you are outside the US and miss an attempted delivery, your postal carrier will likely leave a note with instructions instead of delivering the package. In most cases the carrier will take the package to your local post office where it can be picked up. If you do not pick the package up within their given time frame, your postal system may send it back to us. We are happy to reship it to you once it is back in our possession, but do require that you cover the shipping fee for the package to be shipped again. 


Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

For wholesale returns, please note that we charge a 15% restocking fee. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

For returns or exchanges, contact us within 7 days of delivery to receive approval for either option and for directions on how to ship your item back.

Items for return or exchange must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
