Shipping
All BBJ jewelry is handmade to order based on specifications you choose at checkout, and production time is 1-3 business days.
We ship USPS First Class Mail and you will receive an email with tracking info when your order is on it’s way, but if you have any questions or concerns regarding shipping we are always happy to answer them for you.
Please double check the address you leave at checkout to make sure it is correct. Once a package has been shipped and out of our possession, we are unable to change the destination address. If you realize the incorrect address has been entered and your package has not shipped yet, please email amy@buddhablossonjewels.com with the correct address and we would be happy to update it for you. We strive to ensure that your jewelry is delivered safely and promptly, but we cannot offer refunds or new packages if you enter an incorrect address. Please know that as a customer you are responsible for ensuring that we have your correct info, double checking is always strongly encouraged to avoid any potential issues.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
For international orders, it is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of their country’s customs regulations and policies. If a package is not claimed and not returned to us, we will not issue a refund.
Customers are responsible for all customs fees, including any additional charges incurred due to failed delivery attempts or customer inaction.
Customers are required to be responsible for their own tracking updates as this is always emailed upon shipping. It is your responsibility to respond promptly to any communication from the shipping carrier regarding delivery attempts or package pick-up. Failure to do so may result in non delivery. We will not be held responsible for any loss or non delivery in such cases if clearly documented alerts for a package are available through tracking, but went unattended to by the receiver.
Please be familiar with your country’s customs process before ordering. Customs can take anywhere from 1 to 8 weeks, depending on your country. The customs process is standard for international mail and required by law in most countries. We do not offer refunds during this 8 weeks and can no longer change any package details during this time period. If for some reason your package is not delivered after 8 weeks, please contact your local postal company to locate it. If it’s not located, please contact us for next steps in resolving the issue.
If you fail to claim your package and it does end up getting sent back to us, in that event we will issue a refund minus the shipping fee upon delivery. Please know that it may take many months for your postal system to return a package back to us if that is their procedure for non-claimed packages. We do not refund until an item is delivered back.
We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or non-delivery of items once they have been shipped. Once the package is in the carrier’s possession, any further actions are the responsibility of the receiver and the carrier company.

Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
If you ordered outside of the US and would like return, please note that we do not offer free shipping so do not refund your shipping fee, but will refund your item price in full.
For wholesale returns, please note that we charge a 15% restocking fee.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
For returns or exchanges, contact us within 7 days of delivery to receive approval for either option and for directions on how to ship your item back.
Items for return or exchange must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
